In these "conversations" I offer a subjective reading of architecture and urban spaces. Structures, surfaces, materials, street and building details are reinterpreted using techniques specific to photography. The play of textures, shadow and light, reflections, transparencies, double exposures convey my emotions and blur the reference to reality. A fantasized city thus superimposes itself on the real city, reflecting my perception of the urban between fascination and repulsion. This photographic work also pays homage - and holds up a mirror - to the architects and urban planners whose work shines through in mine, a bit like a palimpsest.
